Competitions

Snooker and Table Tennis

This year, we will be organising the same competitions as last year:
snooker and table tennis.

The snooker and table tennis have entry fees, and will be played over
a number of days. The winner of each competition will receive two-thirds
of the prize money, the runner up one-third.
The entry fee to enter one of these is £3, or £6 for both.
An email will be sent to those requesting to enter which includes a link
to pay using the SumUp payment system (as is used at the Trojans bar).

Certificates will be awarded to the winners during a prizes ceremony before
dinner on the last full day.

Racketball

Racketball draw: link.
The racketball knockout competition will be played over a number of days,
it is free entry with a prize for the winner, contact JohnA to enter.

Activities

Bike Ride

Hire bikes are £5 + £20 deposit to include helmet, gloves, hi-vis top, padlock,
tyre kit and maps. Proposed is 25 mile route Roadford Reservoir.
Planning Wednesday 17th starting at 9.30.

Walk

Planning Tuesday. It will start where we left off last time, from Bossiney. It's
a linear walk to Boscastle with lunch at The Cobweb Inn. It's coastal and fairly
tough. Because of that, it will be weather dependant.

Presentations on Last Evening

As last year, we have booked a short session for the whole
group to get together to present certificates and prizes to the
winners of the competitions, have a bit of banter, allow TerryC
to tell us a joke or two (as if we could stop him!).
This will be in the little private dining room next to the reception
"Dining Room 1" at 6.30 p.m. on our last full day, Thursday.
